Ozee Flying Suit Range

The Ozee range of oversuits are suitable for all types of outdoor activity. Designed with open cockpit flying in mind they provide good protection against the wind even on very cold days.

Listed below are three different models. All are available in a range of colours and sizes.

We suggest that you always err on the side of larger rather than smaller when ordering so that the same suit can be worn throughout the year with more or less clothes underneath. Any suits that have been returned to us have been too small rather than too large.

Ozee X-Treme Air Flying Suit

New X-Treme Air Thermal Flying suits suitable for Paragliding, Microlights, Paramotor and many other outdoor activities.

Manufactured from a water resistant, windproof fabric and 120gram Thinsulate Thermal insulation to a 100% polyester lining giving a 3 layer barrier against the wind, rain and cold.

Ozee Exeat Flying Suit

Exeat is an advanced, breathable membrane that keeps out rain, snow, wind and cold whilst minimising condensation within the garment by continuously transmitting water vapour away from the body. No matter how energetic you get, no matter how bad the weather becomes, with Exeat you will stay warm, dry and comfortable.
The Exeat flying suit is lined with quilted 150gm polyester-wadding keeping you warm on the coldest of days or the highest of altitudes. All this weighs in at only 1.5kg. There are long two way zips on the outside leg, from ankle to hip and a two way centre front zip (enabling a very important male function on long flights) creating a wide opening to easily put the suit on whilst wearing boots.
The ribbed cuffs and elasticated ankles seal well and keep out the draughts whilst the high fleece lined collar fits snug around the neck. There are two chest pockets and two trouser type pockets which all have protective flaps over the zips. The double action leg zips allow access to the trousers worn under the suit.

Ozee Millennium Thermal

This design from OZEE incorporates CYCLONE outer fabric, a waterproof breathable 2 ply tactel nylon with DU PONT Teflon high tech fabric protector, which maintains its durability and high performance even after frequent machine washing.

The new Millennium also has an improved Thinsulate lining.

The design features of the Millennium give the wearer complete freedom of movement, thanks to the cut of the sleeves no pull is felt under the crotch when the arms are raised above the head.

The inverted pleat at the centre back panel gives extra upper body movement and comfort. Optilons robust moulded zips are used throughout and with the stud and Velcro ankle straps, no tension is placed at the bottom of the zip.

Pockets have been positioned to give easy access whilst flying. The expandable chest pocket with aerial cut outs and Velcro flap accommodates most hand held radios. The zipped chest pocket gives ample storage room. Two deep hand pockets are also zipped for added security. On the left leg is a Velcro fastened clear plastic reference pocket and another handy sized zip pocket with loops is on the right leg.

Adjustable Velcro cuffs and high neck lines keep out the drafts.
